LP26 offers dishes with smoked trout, ham carpaccio, mixed cold sliced meats, a selection of cheeses and fresh egg pasta made on the premises. However, LP26 is not only a restaurant, it is also a prosciutteria, wine and cocktail bar, as dictated by the guidelines of its parent company, the Dall’Ava chain, which provides San Daniele, PataDok, Extremadura Jambon Iberico and NebroDok ham, the latter obtained from pigs from Sicily’s Nebrodi mountains.
