One of Jesolo’s oldest osterias is home to the Semiramide1 restaurant, entirely built according to Zero Energy parameters. The building has latest-generation, high-tech systems that use renewable energy sources. Semiramide1 was inaugurated in 2008 and is led by Simone and Orazio. Here you can enjoy truly traditional cuisine from the Veneto, which you can finally rediscover in all its ancient, typical flavours. Semiramide1 uses new flavours with the changing of the seasons: the chef, Orazio, redesigns the menu according to what is available at the time, enhancing dishes with flavours in which quality plays an essential role. The cuisine respects nature and favours organic produce. Simone takes care of the wine list and expertly matches the perfect wine with every dish. Semiramide1 has three large, comfortable rooms.
