From the end of May to August 2012, the “Jesolband” Cultural Association will animate the evenings with the concerts of the musical event 2012, an initiative supported by the Municipal Administration.
The protagonists of the musical evening are two groups that in the past years have already successfully proposed their jazz and blues pieces.
Blues To Move, a group whose renewed repertoire ranges from classic to modern blues with insertions of swing and rhythm. At the percussions, Maicol Salamon, mascot for his young age, but self-confident and professional on stage. In the group the mature style of Giorgio Pradella (guitar and vocals), the sophisticated rhythm of Giorgio D’Arsiè (rhythm guitar), the smooth bass of Vincenzo Vizzini, and the voice of John Lombardi combine with the vibrant and invading sounds of Mauro and Elvio’s saxophones.
Jesoloband Orkestra has the structure of a big band, as in the Ellington tradition, enriched with new elements coming from the refined experience of Friuli jazz. The 2012 repertoire, inspired by cheerfulness, proposes Latin themes elaborated for orchestra by the best arrangers of the sector and revisited by the director Saverio Tasca
