Saturday 13 February 2010 from 10.00 p.m., the Palazzo del Turismo of Jesolo will turn into the “STUDIO 54”, the famous 1970’ disco, which became the symbol of an evergreen historical period.
Sets that take inspiration from that period, as the Cadillac console obtained from an original front of a 1970’ Cadillac, and used as a console for DJs for this event.
Large screens where video-artists and DJs interact, and entertainment will be offered by drag queens, avant-garde theatre performances, and futuristic shows. It is a great event, where music, performances, videos, and scenographies interact to offer the public a night rich in emotions and fun.
Three 1970’ style large bar points are going to be ready at the Palazzo del Turismo for this event, with a series of intermediate floors with sitting areas, tables, and sofas. The heart of the show will be the dance floor, where everyone can dance with the sound of the DJs and the live performing artists, disco, funky, and soul music.
Finally, to allow the public to enjoy the event, from 05.00 p.m., at the entrance of the Palace, a large outlet will be opened, where qualified organisers will offer the possibility to rent, only for that night, 1970’ style original vintage dresses, and accessories, or buy wigs and glasses of the same period, thus creating a personalised look. Moreover, 7 make-up artists will be there for anyone who wants a free authentic 1970’ style make-up.
This event, thanks to a synergy with the “History car” in Jesolo, will host outside the Palazzo del Turismo an exhibition of original 1970’ cars.
The show is by Fizzo Entertainment, together with Terrazzamare, Marina Club, and TM Events, and with the collaboration of the Municipality of Jesolo, Jesoloturismo, Aja, Four Season, and Ascom.
The price of the ticket is 15 euro, including the first order. The tickets can be bought the same evening, the ticket offices open at 05.00 p.m.
