The Ridente restaurant and pizzeria, which has always been run by the Cerchier family, opened in 1960 as a little inn. Over time it has been continually enlarged and renovated until it has become what it is today: a comfortable hotel with a restaurant and pizzeria. It can seat up to 70 in its indoor room and the same number on the covered terrace that looks onto the pedestrian area. The kitchen offers a wide menu, from typical seafood-based dishes of the Upper Adriatic to Italian classics. The pizzeria, which is personally run by the owner, has several strong points: the pizza recipe, the use of high quality ingredients, artisan preparation and adequate rising time to ensure that it is easy to digest. There is a small, but very carefully selected wine list that is continually evolving. It offers not only famous Italian labels, but also some of the most important wineries in the Veneto and sparkling wines.
