Opened in 1977 as a snack bar-pizzeria, over the years Laguna has become a quality restaurant that meets the needs of extremely discerning clients. The interior has been renovated with great attention to detail, with design touches that underline its style. The cuisine has evolved into typical seafood-based specialities which, thanks to the chef and owner Renato have found a strongly-defined identity. Dishes on offer include excellent raw seafood. The seafood-based culinary tradition of this area has been expertly combined with Mediterranean touches that enhance the food on offer. For example, the addition of products and first fruits of the season from the kitchen gardens of the area and of the lagoon. The wine list is continually evolving, with many labels personally chosen by Renato.
