It is a true cornerstone of local cuisine. Here you can enjoy typical seafood dishes from the Adriatic, reinterpreted in a modern key, with inspiration from international cuisine. The blend of flavours is part of a very rich menu, full of references to typical tradition. At Il Fagiolo you can enjoy homemade pasta with freshly-caught seafood, marinated fish and raw seafood delicacies, perfectly combined with seasonal vegetables. Special care has been taken over the patisserie, which is entirely homemade. Wines are an expression of the area, with labels from the Veneto, Trentino South Tyrol and Friuli.
