In Piazza Mazzini at the start of Via Vicenza the gastronomic scene is dominated by Cris, a restaurant that focuses on the creativity and experience of Cristian to emphasise the original cuisine on offer: the menu includes fish and meat dishes that change each week according to availability on the market. The dishes are the result of meticulous preparation that has quickly transformed Cris into a true reference point for gourmets. The restaurant is now ready for the new season. Cristian always focuses on the quality and exclusive nature of his products and continues to emphasise his unique dedication to traditional cuisine from the Veneto region. There are also, however, some international touches, like Polynesian tuna, imported each week from Bora Bora, accompanied by Hinano beer, or the new 1862 coffee blend by Julius Meinl. Pizzas include the use of special “Petra” flour by the Quaglia Mill.
