When you enter Al Torcio you immediately have the sensation of being immersed in the reassuring simplicity that characterised Veneto farmhouses of bygone days. Every day the restaurant has a variety of culinary innovations, based on what the market has to offer and… on the imagination of the chef. The menu contains seafood starters, first and main courses, but also meat selected exclusively from our farms. The many memorable dishes include the ever-popular classics, Strigoli del Torcio, Swordfish Carbonara, Calamarata (grand squid platter) and Turbot fillet. Another innovation for 2010 is a new room: redesigned with classic décor, it is the ideal place for a completely relaxing lunch or dinner. The wine list offers over 100 labels from Italy and abroad. Al Torcio also offers pizza, whose strong points are its natural leavening and carefully selected ingredients.
