Campagna Amica in Jesolo
The summer Campagna Amica is back again, the event created by Coldiretti that each summer brings to Jesolo’s squares the best products from zero-km local farms
Six nights planned all along the shoreline:
- Thursday, 1 July 2010 in Piazza Marconi: Jazz and Wine where Alessia Obino, the voice of the trio Jazz, provides the backdrop against which local wineries will present their wines
- Thursday, 8 July 2010 in Piazza Aurora: the second Libiam né lieti calici…, a true demonstration of opera with music by Verdi, Puccini and Mozart sung by such professionals from La Fenice in Venice as soprano Emanuela Conti, tenor Domenico Menini, and baritone Roberto Bruni, with Bernardino Zanetti on the piano who will perform for the audience
- The performance is a showcase for typical and traditional products from the Venetian territory prepared for delicious tastings, thanks to the expert hand of the Associazione Terranostra that brings together the holiday farm operators of Coldiretti Venice. The presentation of the tastings and the show will be managed entirely by Giampiero Rorato
- Thursday, 15 July 2010 in Piazza Torino: a substantial number of farms will exhibit and sell their products. The evening is enlivened by the presence of the ecological group Tiveron with an evocation of the crafts of yesteryear
- Thursday, 22 July in Piazza Brescia: an original combination of local agricultural products and fish from the lagoon in particular with the participation of Cortellazzo fishing cooperative that will prepare tastings for the public
- Thursday, 30 July 2010 in Piazza Milano: the farmers will also be center-stage with direct sales of zero-km farm products accompanied by the chefs carving vegetables as they show off their great skill
- Thursday, 5 August 2010 Piazza Nember: the usual circle dedicated to the sale of agricultural products is also dedicated to educational farms with two workshops run by women entrepreneurs from Donne Impresa who will offer children the opportunity to decorate the eggs as well as learn about the seeds of various plants. Also entertainment, shows, and a great attraction for children: farm animals!
