Amongst the innovations for 2010 is Laguna Breakfast & Food, a pleasant alternative to the traditional Jesolo scene. The bar offers a wide range of cakes and croissants, accompanied by coffee and cappuccinos. At lunch and dinner, as well as snacks and large mixed salads, there is a carefully chosen wine list and cuisine from the Laguna restaurant, together with tasty sliced steak with beef like Kobe (extremely fine Japanese beef), Chianina, Angus, buffalo or local Sorana, which is particularly tender. Cakes and pastries are from the Laguna restaurant and are homemade. At aperitif time you can enjoy not only cold sliced meats and cheese, but also raw fish, oysters, Venus clams and scampi.
