the building built in 1996 is about 80 mt. away from the beach (1 street to cross), it consists in 22 apartments on 4 floors and has: lift, swimming pool for adults and children, private beach (1sunumbrella, 1 sun-bed and 1 deckchair), 1 reserved parking-place each apartment

The apartments have: hair –dryer, safety-deposit-box  with combination lock, safety entrance door, phone, Sat-TV with remote controller, iron and ironing-board, air-conditioning (on request  - at payment)
